10.5.2 Stack as Folder won't update on added files

Got a problem with my Stacks (Downloads and all others) here.
The Stack is set to: Sort by Date Added, View as Folder, View content as Fan.

First downloaded/added file is shown correctly. All files added afterwards are not shown but the top item of the Fan loses the label (attached screenshot, after the file "Lösung RN14.pdf" one more file was downloaded).
The only way to show the new elements is to switch options or restart the Dock.

If set to View as Stack, everything works correctly.

Tried so far:
-Install 10.5.2 again in Safe Mode
-Repair rights
-delete com.apple.dock.plist
-replace Dock.app with a buddy's one who doesn't have this problem.

Can anyone imagine a solution for this problem?

I have exactly the same problem.
The stacks do not update and when in grid view the icons of "first files" (the ones in the bottom) become bigger and loose theirs names.
