Exclamation Water damage indicator?

I read in another forum that there is a water damage indicator at the bottom of the headphone jack. So that someone couldn't intentionally damage it to get a replacement... anyone know anything about this?

I'm sure the iPod Touch contains some sort of water damage indicator as almost all modern portable electronics do.
