iPhone 4 - time for a new battery?

I've searched and not found any similar threads - but I suppose the issue is one that a lot of original iPhone 4 adopters will be facing. I've had my phone for 2 years now... and noticed in the past couple of months that the battery life has gotten poor.

I just made an 8 minute call and the battery dropped a whopping 22% (from 100%, just disconnected from the charger, down to 78%).

Extrapolating out this means my phone will only last for 35 mins call time with a newly charged battery - madness!

If u are jailbroken then u could install an app caller batterydetective..that will show the current capacity of battery..
