WoW on PPC Dual G5 Macs with 10.5.2 and 2.3.x / 2.4.x

hey... i will get a 'early 2005 dual 2,0ghz G5' with 2gigs of Ram and the crappy 9600radeon with 128mbram next week. is this system any good for gaming / wow? read about a frame rate increases with x.5.2 and 2.3.x? can anyone report if that is true?
i mean a framerate increases with a ppc setup..?

You shouldn't have any problems considering I often participate in the 25 bc raids with my powerbook G4 1,67 ghz without any problems. I get 15-20 fps with low but not minimum settings.
