When I watch youtube videos and scroll down pages, sometimes the bottom and right half of the window or movie will spontaneously flash white. When I am scrolling through the finder this also happens, sometimes the text on webpages will repeat sorry hard to explain. I have tried restarting, any suggestions?

are you using Tiger? i seem to remember this happening in Safari 2. when i would scroll really fast some graphics would become white. not an issue for me in Safari 3.
No running Leopard 10.5.2, this started happening about 3-4 days ago. Also my two finger scrolling speed keeps being put back to the slowest setting. I can not figure out what is going on.
