Hey, I was wondering whether someone could shed some light on this.

It's not a major problem, but I was rather fond of them. I was having trouble with iTunes crashing spontaneously and found it was because of a 3rd party iTunes plugin i'd downloaded and installed for the visualizer setting. So, naturally, I hunted the conflicting file down and trashed it and emptied the trash. It's only recently i've found in doing so, the other 'exclusive' visualizers Apple added to iTunes in Leopard, have gone, and are not accessible through iTunes.

So I fired up Time Machine, and tried to go back to try and see if I could restore the iTunes plugins folder, no juice, Time machine will only let me access backups up until last Saturday just gone, and this happened Friday night. I've no idea why it won't let me access my backups from 2 or even 3 weeks ago, it's weird.

Things tried:

- Reinstallation of iTunes
- Reinstallation of 10.5.2

Anyone have any idea how to retrieve these files?

Thanks,
R-Fly
