Is there an app for blocking numbers...

I can't seem to see an app for this. I really would like to block one number to my phone so I do not have to change my number.

It's ok I just found one. If anyone else is looking just add http://s.imov.eu to sources

Ok, so I added that source, and it installed PYSL, but when I try to turn it on, it goes right back to off. Any suggestions?
