I have a desktop running 10.4.11 syncing iCal data to .Mac. I have a notebook running 10.5.2 syncing from .Mac. On the notebook I have reset sync data to get the data in .Mac to overwrite the existing iCal data.

However, after syncing no changes have been made on the notebook. I found the following errors in the console log:

2/23/08 4:12:05 PM com.apple.syncservices.SyncServer[81299] 2008-02-23 16:12:05.147 iCalExternalSync[81310:10b] [ICalExternalSync ]Warning: first save failed in syncing changes: Multiple validation errors occurred.

Presumably there's some data in the desktop calendar which is bad or otherwise incompatible with the 10.5 iCal back end. Has anyone encountered this? Any suggestions on how to identify the potentially offending entries?
