To answer both of you, patience, then break up field and get it in on the one timer. Also don't forget to push on the rebound/second shot :D

Every computer sports game has a weakness to a certain type of attack. Just take the time to learn it. Hockey games are easy with the one timers. Fifa is getting better, but a nice cross/header or streak upfield almost always works. Also play with a good team (like Liverpool ;) ) and use an odd player...computer doesn't seem to watch for them as much. Can't score with Torres as much as Kuyt or Crouch or Babel for instance...

Carlisle, Up Norf!
Making a diagonal run across the defender helps as well. Build up play is key, slow and measured.

Also, it's a bit of an art, but straight from kick off have a shot, but not using the shot button use the cross button and go right to the top of the bar. I've got it down to at least testing the keeper every time.
