I used a #0 or #1. I can't remember but the problem is that those screw heads are very shallow so the screw driver tents to bottom out making it tougher than it should be. Just be sure to push down on your screwdriver fairly hard while you start to turn and take it slowely. You don't want to round out the screws!
And, once the screws get started, you won't know that they are completely out because they "float" on the RAM door. I used a paperclip and bent a small 90 degree hook into one end. Then put it though one of the ventilation holes in the RAM door to pull the door off.
