Noise glitches when playing a CD burnt from itunes!! help!!
Hi, Ever since i've downloaded the latest itunes, I've tried numerous times with different make blank CD's and keep getting glitches on any CD's that I burn using Itunes. These glitches are either high pitch screeches or raspberry sounds and are very annoying; they randomly occur about 6-8 times over a 40min CD.
I've tried burning the same tracks using WMP without any problems so I know its not my CD writer or the blank CD's. Has anyone else had this problem? Previously, when using the older version of Itunes there were no such problems. Thanks Dave |

Try turning down the burn speed.
Preferences>Advanced>Burning>Preferred Burn Speed 4X (not 24X) |
