I am not sure if I am missing something, however, I have an Airport Express at home plugged in right next to (and connected to) my cable modem. I have a MacBook and a PC in the house, both of which connect to the wireless network. HOWEVER, the problem is that the PC (located less than 20 feet away) never has over one half of a bar, and even though my Mac's Airport signal on the laptop shows full bars, the connection there is slow at best.

I have done all the resetting, unplugging, restarting, etc. If I run a cat5 straight from the cable modem into the back of the computer, the connection is much faster. What's going wrong? Any suggestions?

--If it makes any difference, the PC is running XP Pro, and I am running Leopard on the laptop.
