Macbook 2.4 SR or Penryn?

are the new updated macbooks carrying the Penryn chp already or its the old 2.4 Santa rosa from its brother the MBP?

i checked with the apple online.. and it seems that only the MBP has the new chip since, only the MBP is being advertised with longer battery life..

what do you guys think?

we ll for $1299 it's worth it

3MB L2 Cache indicates that it is a Penryn Chip.

Penryn speed advantages and SSE4 instruction set should help out with the smaller amount of cache vs a 2.4GHZ SR Chip.
