A good program to measure frame rate?

I want to see what kind of frame rate I'm getting when actually playing a game, not a benchmark. Does anyone know a good program that uses minimal resources so I can see what I'm getting on Crysis, etc?
 
You can use the OpenGL Profiler and Driver Monitor to check FPS in a game.
