Making an effort to save as much space as possible on my Mac, does anyone have any suggestions for good places to look for wasted space?

I recently found that you can delete installer packages from old iPod Software Updates.

I also use programs like XSlimmer and Monolingual to trim down applications.

Anyone else have any suggestions?

for example...

there's a folder that's over 1GB in my

/Library/Printers folder. It's for EPSON and I don't even own an EPSON printer.

Can that be deleted safely?

yeah, monolingual is a great program.

anyone know about those printer folders? can they be deleted? why have all those drivers if i only use one printer!?

wouldn't the new printer just come with its own drivers so you can install them then?

delete all the folders that arent your printer make. say if you get an EPSON printer down the road you can always reinstall them.

Also go through your Photo's and itunes and delete the ones that you don't need. Depending how big it is you can get a good chunk of space back
