I'd like to have the Command Q shortcut close just the window that I am looking at, and not shut down the entire program.

They could use Tiger as the code name for 10.4.

i want to be able to have a background pic on dock.

custom spam filter where i can edit every criteria and add values, like in spam assassin.

updates where i can choose ENGLISH ONLY as opposed to downloading all in all languages that i never will use.

etc.

Let me get Panther first.

Let me get my hands on Panther, first!

Seriously, though, I like that the community is always looking for ways to improve things. I wish society at large had the same thirst for perfection.

Scaling!

I would like to apply a 90% scale factor to all windows, resulting in a 10% gain in useable space.

Why not? Quartz can draw windows at any size or orientation. It doesn't care.

It'd be like reverse zooming, making things smaller.
