I've had my iphone for about a week and I'm still learning all about it. I've done much reading on this and I think I know what to do but I'd like to ask someone who has done it. I jailbroke my iphone with ziphone and now I want to sign up for At&T service. Here's what I think I need to do:
1. Sync phone with itunes.
2. Restore phone using itunes.
3. Sign up with at&t.
4. Jailbreak again with ziphone without the activation feature.
Will I lose all the games & apps I previously installed?
Will I lose all my contacts and bookmarks?
Will itunes backup this data somewhere and can it be restored somehow?
Please let me know if the above is the correct way to legitimately activate.
