How Do I DOWNGRADE from 1.1.4 to 1.1.2

How do I downgrade from 1.1.4 to 1.1.2. I have a 8G IPT and I have itunes 7.6.1. Is there anyway, I can downgrade my ipod to 1.1.2?

its called autodown, search google, youtube, or my previous posts here and you will find a link to download it, then follow instructions. it may not work with itunes versions past 7.5, but 7.5 does work
