No one likes the beaver ad :(

Pretty clever. I've seen other uses of the beaver in advertising contexts where it was pretty tasteless, but this one had a sort of a wink-wink nudge-nudge aspect to it that made it pretty funny.

I've come up with 174, but what are the others?

Heh.. Reminds me of the South Park episode where the boys go to buy tampons. One of the brands is the "Beaver Dam". 😱

The ad in question is better than 95% of American network TV. I guess we should Leave it to Beaver more often...
 
What's wrong with euphemisms now? I thought that's all they could use. A beaver seems a good, safe choice to me. I mean, they couldn't show a bacon sandwich having a manicure. That would be far too gross. Is there such an animal as a punani?
 
Well I thought the ad was hysterical.

For demographic purposes, I am a female in my late 20's, I minored in Women's Studies, and I thought that was a hell of a lot less offensive than some of the other ads I see...
 
Haha... ha. The guys were staring at her beaver. 😱 😀

The ad's alright, it's clever, but it's nothing that would make me jump out of my seat in either applause or disgust.
