How do I delete the Windows partition on my Mac?

I installed Windows Vista with BootCamp on my Mac and since I rarely use Windows now I want to delete the Windows partition and revert the space back to OS X. What is the best way to accomplish this?

I would have to say disk utility.

Open the Boot Camp Assistant and it should give you the option to remove the Windows partition.
