Is there an easy way to transfer AOL addresses to Comcast mail?

Right now my mom uses AOL for her email. We pay $20 a month but we never use the dial up so its just a rip. My mom has about 100 contacts in her AOL addresses book, do you know of anyway to extract the AOL addresses, like in Vcard format? Thanks!!!
