Soundtrack

Use the Export function to a 44.1 16-bit .aiff file, throw it into iTunes and convert it there.

You can also convert it with the QuickTime Player if you have QT Pro.

It looks like soundtrack only exports to .aiff, as this is the main audio file-format of FCP.
