Parallells for gaming?

Does parallells work for 3d games such as hl2, css, cod4? or do they only work on boot camp?

No, it only has basic 3D gaming support.

bootcamp is the only way really, parallels wont support cod4 etc

I heard Fusion now supports DX9.1, but im not sure if that is true. Maybe it would be worth trying?

install boot camp

use VMfusion to play from OSX

You might want to have a look at CrossOver Games.

Just pay special attention to what games it supports. Most of them are through Steam.

I think parallels is enough for games! It has a big list. If you have more, use Bootcamp - no problems ))
