I just purchased a Macbook Pro 17" high res with the new high LED screen. What a beauty. The screen is bright, evenly lit, and plain simple a pleasure to stare at. I am told this screen is even readable outdoor, a claim I shall check as soon as I have a chance. This extremely well presented notebook is the best system money can buy today. Years ahead of any Windows machine I have seen, and light years ahead of the Linux ones as well.
