Apple Conference Call Tomorrow?

Does anyone know (or speculation) why Apple is holding an investor conference call tomorrow. The last time they did a special conference call before their October 02 earnings report - they announced they would fall well short of expectations. Hope we don't see a replay of that. FYI - i do not own stock in Apple - I was just curious. 😉
 
Con Call

Two thoughts:

1. Damage control for the QC issues lately; and/or

2. iTunes for Windoze has been sooo successful they felt they needed to communicate the numbers and advance their Q estimates.

Just a guess ...
