Hi All

I've decided to return my Apple TV, I'm just within the 14 day cooling period.

My question is, will I be able to get a refund? The Apple TV has been opened and used but is still in 'as new' condition.

Basically, my reason is that the Apple TV is useless with the new firmware (it's a Take 2 machine so can't restore back to 1.1).

Will that be good enough for a refund?

I've read that if I do a factory restore, it will go back to 1.0, which is not why I bought it!

Cheers anyways, we shall se tomorrow!

You should be able to return, but check your receipt to see if there is a 10% restocking fee if opened-- not sure if there is on that.
