I've just reformatted my ibook hard drive with osx. I don't have os9 but need this to run some programs. How the hell do i put this on to my ibook? i've followed the instructions that i've been given such as restarting holding down c button. This brings up os9 operating window but i can seem to install from here. there is apparently no folder for me to save to?

I'd be very very very grateful is someone out there could help me.

Many Thanks AGJ

What version of OS X? I know that Panther comes with a mail-in form (or at least the form is online) that will get you, for $20, CDs with which to install it onto a Panther system.

Did you iBook come with OS 9 on it? Then you should be able to reinstall with the Software Restore CDs it came with.
