New Mini. Some questions

That's the start-up movie. You only see it once. Then you configure your accounts.

Huh? Flying text? You mean like a DOS screen or something. Sounds like its booting in safe mode. Is this a new Mini or used? I guess a reinstall wouldn't hurt.

yeah i think that's what your seeing, nothing to worry about, only going to happen that one time.

well if that's the case, try to reinstall

Does it boot into OS X properly?

As long as it runs OS X well, I guess it shouldn't be too much of a problem. If you're still worried, give Apple a ring.

I kno Onyx has the option to change the settings to start up with DOS style text or the normal apple loading screen. If you download onyx and have a look at the options it may return it to normal.
Only a suggestion. It may not work but it definately won't hurt to try
