I have been using my neighbor's wifi for the past 5 or 6 months... and every once in a while ...my ipod would detect his network but not be able to connect to it. After a day it'd work again..and sometimes after two days. But this past week, i haven't been able to connect to his network at all.

Anything i can do with my ipod? or has he blocked my ipod's wifi address finally?

He's probably blocked your MAC address. Also, don't expect answers to your question of how to get around it. It's not legal. Ask permission if you want to use it.
