iCal sharing?

Wouldn't it be cool if an iCal calendar could be edited and viewed by everyone in a workgroup...

Does anyone know how this could be done without too much fiddling around?
 
These guys are working on a porduct called Groupcal-SVR. I don't think it is going to offer editing, but it should allow everyone in a workgroup to see each other's calendars without a central server.

Maybe you can make a suggestion to them to implement an editing feature.
