iPod touch Contact Syncing Problem

OK, so I have an iPod Touch, and in Contacts, all the email addresses I want labeled "home", not "work", so I did that, but whenever I sync it to my PC, they all change back to "work", so I tried changing it to "home" in Outlook, but the only options are "Email", "Email 2", and "Email 3". I am 99% sure I have Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and this is really bugging me, how can I have all my contacts email addresses labeled "home" (because they are), and still be able to sync my contacts.
