How do you find out if your windows xp is NTFS or FAT?

I need to know this so I can resize my partition using WinClone.

It won't be possible to convert from FAT32 to NTFS on the Mac partition. You have to do it on Windows.

Note that you can't (natively) write to the windows partition if its NTFS.

What do you mean by "on a Mac partition". Mac partitions are not formatted FAT or NTFS. They are formatted HFS+. Do you mean you want to convert a FAT partition to NTFS whilst booted from a different partition into Mac OSX?
 
Oh, my bad. Notice that I am still a noob. I meant Mac internal HD.

I'll just convert it on the windows partition instead. 🙂
