HD Monitoring for PPC?

On our MacPro we have a BlackMagic Intensity card for monitoring HD video from the FCP timeline.

I have a G5 I'd like to monitor HD with as well. I tried the Intensity card but apparently it does not support PPC? That's what they said at NAB anyway.

Is there a card that I can use with a G5 tower to monitor HD from FCP? It just needs HDMI, component, just ANY sort of HD output.

You could look for an older model Black Magic or Kona card on eBay. I don't think you'll find one w/HDMI though. You could also look at the AJA IoHD or Matrox MXO, but I don't know what your budget is.

Thanks!

Pooh, all that other stuff is so much more expensive. Were there ever Intensity cards for PPC? They said they had plans in the future to add G5 support but not yet.

The Intensity cards are pretty new, maybe a year or so old, so I'd be surprised if they ever planned on making any for older machines like the G5's.
