Did Apple finally get too pissed-off with them?

Is this old news?

dunno what the copyright stuff (from 2 years ago) is doing at the bottom, but i doubt apple will buy it. they will probably just stick a c&d letter and the guy had to take it down..?

google still has it cached. i'd host it, but i'm afraid my little server couldn't handle it's popularity.

pdf it now, before google updates.
