Reason 4.0 help!
I recently got Reason 4.0 and I'm having a little problem that is driving me crazy.
I use a Mac, and I do a lot of work with patterns with Redrum and Matrix. However, I cannot get the pattern clip to "unlock", for lack of a better word. When I attempt to alter the length of a clip using the left handle the clip is neither shortened nor lengthened. Instead it seems to "scroll" or "unscroll" resulting in the entire clip moving out of sync.
I also tried to trim the beginning of a pattern with the razor tool, but it automatically resets to the first bar, again resulting in the clip going out of sync.
I have scrutinized the manual, and have watched nearly every Youtube tutorial with no luck. I'm sure I am overlooking the obvious.
Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated and maybe even allow me a full night of sleep.
