About once a month, it seems like my iPod Touch stops syncing, it just sits at the "Syncing 'Jamie's iPod'" screen forever. So I searched MacRumors Forums for a solution, but found nothing. I then found out that the problem is my photos. What you have to do is go in to your photos folder on your computer, and delete the "iPod Photo Cache" folder, then open iTunes and plug in your Touch, then set photos to sync, then you're good to go!

I hope I have helped someone!

thats seems a bit strange, i assumed thats where smaller res photos were stored so they could be synced to the iPod much quicker, but that just shows how much i know. Thanks for the info
