Good IM software

I used to use aim on my old PC but I got a mac so now I am using iChat. iChat is too plain for me so I want to switch to something else but nothing else can have video chats. Is there another one that can have video chats and works with AIM/AOL and .mac?

Uh, Adium doesn't really meet the video chat requirement, although I'd certainly recommend it for any other situation 😉

Skype + Adium are pretty much all you need on the Mac.

Proteus is very nice, it works with ICQ,AIM, MSN and looks really sleek. I´m not sure about videochat though as I never use that.
