My top left is: Dashboard
My top right is: Spaces
My bottom right is: Show Desktop
My bottom left is: Sleep

What are yours set to?

Top Left: Unassigned (kept peeing me off when i went to the :apple: sign
Bottom Left: Spaces
Bottom Right: Show Desktop
Top Right: Expose

I played around with a bunch of different configurations and I found this to be the best set up for me.

Top left - nothing
Top right - Screensaver
Bottom left - all windows
Bottom right - desktop

Top right: Dashboard
Bottom left: Screensaver
Bottom right: nothing

After the few months I've had my Mac, I still really haven't found any use for Expose other than just using hot corners (and honestly I wouldn't be using those except that's the easiest way to invoke the screensaver (where it was just a keystroke in windows.)

Rather than using expose, I have my scroll wheel button set to hit F8 to pull me out to a full view of all my spaces, then I just click into the one I want (I actually barely use the key combo to switch around spaces anymore.)

My corners

I've got:

Bottom Left: Show desktop
Bottom Right: Exposé. ( I just found out that by pressing alt+e, you can put the accent on top. Nice).

Top corners unassigned.

Bottom left: Spaces - show all spaces

Others all unassigned.

I'm seriously thinking of swapping my MightyMouse for a Logitech, in which case I'll probably assign spaces to a button and ditch the corner assignments entirely...

top left: nothing (too close to the mighty apple)
top right: Expose - Show desktop
bottom left: Expose - All windows
bottom right: Expose - Current appl windows

Top Left = Screensaver (been doing that since OS 7.5+ days)
Top Right = Expose
Bottom Right = Spaces
Bottom Left = Nothing (though I've entertained showing the desktop or dashboard)

Ah, I love my setup!

top left: spaces (2x2 grid)

bottom left: desktop (allows me to quickly snap the cursor over to hide things on my desktop if someone walks over)

top right: expose (compliments the top left 'spaces')

bottom right: screen saver (to pswd lock the Mac if i have to get up and leave)

Also made F12 "desktop" to quickly hide all open programs if someone walks by and my hands are in the typing position.

F11 is for the widgets (dashboard).
