Is there an application to make the thumbnails of movies a movie poster?

As title says is there an application to make the thumbnails of movies a movie poster? As I have a few MKV's that I want to have artwork as they won't go in iTunes & I'm not converting them to go into iTunes as they will lose quality that I don't want.

Any way I can turn the thumbnails into posters would be great.

Load the video up in Quicktime (use Perian codecs), find the frame you want, export as an image (JPG, PNG, whatever you want) then change the videos artwork to the exported image.
You can add MKV files to iTunes?

Not without converting it which loses quality that I don't want to lose.

Thanks but that's not what I was looking for I wanted to make the ugly white paper looking thumbnail be a movie poster instead so it looks nicer, I guess I didn't explain properly.
