Help with scanner and driver issues... Please HELP!

So I just received a new Fujitsu Scansnap scanner S510 from my work. The software that came with it was all for the PC, but I found on the fujitsu website a driver/application for the mac. With it installed and running, it still won't recognize the scanner.

Please help me. I really want to scan. lol

What version of Mac OS X are the drivers for and what version of OS X are you using? I had the same problem with a driver I downloaded from HP for my Laserjet printer. I installed it and it would not work - found out the driver was for an older version of OS X (I'm using Leopard).
