Can anyone tell me if the CD-RW option released in October is able to be mounted in the TiBooks released in January?

Anything's possible, it's just a matter of how much hassle you want to go through. First off, how would you get one? Second, do you really want to void your warranty? Third, will the OS recognize it or will you have to mess with things a lot? I think you'd be better off getting an external. They're not too pricy these days.
