Mac OS 7.6
I really need Mac OS 7.6 every site that has classic Mac OS stops at 7.5.5 please help.
P.S I am not looking for a handout. Thanks |

apple has not yet made 7.6 available as free donwload as far as I can see, so technically, any copy you get that isn't a retail copy is an illegal pirated version. a little ingenuity though and I'm srue you could find it on places like hotline or carracho.

An Apple Service Provider may be able to help you out. I know that's the case with OS 8.5/8.6.

I remember getting 7.6 as a free download, let me go through my archives and I'll forward the url asap...today's the "run the river day" in my old town, and will hopefully have something by the end of this weekend, though it could have been just a wa*z site

AHA! found that 7.6 disk set (hope you still have a floppy) I'll give it to you if you pay for shipping. (the downloads I found were all the updaters to 7.6.1, sorry)
