Can I plug "normal headphones" into aniPod or do they have a special plug end?

Of course you can plug normal headphones into the ipod!

As long as they are the minijack plugs that are used on any other walkman kind of device, they will work.

Sorry for the apparent "stupid question" but I have never actually "seen" an iPod...
