call them. They seem legit because they list physical addresses, local and toll free numbers, etc. Also it makes sense for them to be legit because they're also listed on Apple's reseller site.

they seem pretty pricey, though. Most of their stuff is refurbished....

Better deals at the Apple refurb store (+Apple warranty) if they have the model you want.
