Slide Scanners and OS X.3
Hey all recently my 3 year old fujifilm scanner died and I need to replace it. I have been looking around at new slide scanners and man have the prices come down a lot. However, I have yet to find a single one that has Panther compatibility or even 10.2.8 compatibility. Most stop at 10.2.4 and many don t even show support beyond 10.1.5!!!!! Does anyone currently have a slide scanner that works with panther and if so what make and model.
thanks a ton

I have a Nikon Coolscan IV ED. Works perfectly under Panther using Nikon Scan 3.1.4. I believe they have just brought out a new model, the Coolscan V.

I have a SmartDisk SmartScan 2700 that came with os9 drivers; however, they now have support for osX (click HERE to download latest 2700 driver).
