Has anyone else been in an Apple store and noticed a laptop set up behind the check-out counter? The employees often walk to this laptop and start IMing. Is that a helpline type of thing that customers can contact or is that the employees IMing people at some kind of Apple Headquaters? If it's the first case, is there a way to look up the specific screename or .Mac address set up for a specific store?
