i hv been using iphne pc suite it gets overloaded and nw its nt working n nt detectable frm d pc kinly help

actualy dere is iphone pc suite through which u can do any damn thing which a normal phne can do .....
i restore my files n its crashed ......

my iphone slipped and fell down to ground and now it wont turn on...HELP!!
