Way to increase MIC Volume without Post-Production?

I have a blue snowball mic and it just doesn't record as loud as I would like. I've played with the various settings, but it still always seems a bit weak.

I have the input volume set to max, and that doesn't really help.

Is there a program or way I can increase the input volume even more?

I'd rather not have to go into another program like finalcut just to increase volume.
