Can anyone tell me how to move from 'ok' to 'cancel' without using the mouse....

I believe tab works for most (not all for some reason) dialogue windows. The button that IS BLUE is always activated by pressing ENTER, when you tab to another button you will get a blue ring around it and to select this highlighted button press SPACE (ENTER will still activate the blue button, even though you have tabbed and highlighted another)

I am probably complicating matters, but that is what I have found from my own use. Hope it helps

some people may not have set "All controls" for "In windows and dialogues, press Tab to move the keyboard focus between:" under the Keyboard Shortcuts tab in Keyboard & Mouse preferences.

thats correct.

thnaks this works fine now, just couldn't see the highlight previously.
escape does not work for me though but no matter.

Thanks for this. I had been wondering why my furious tabbing wasn't getting me anywhere =]
