What would you do if you are going to live and work overseas for an extended period (more like years)? I just recently purchased a condo in Japan and I am thinking about keeping it as my asset (and keep paying the mortgage).
Its been a year since I left USA; but, I may be going back there. I am not sure how frequently I can or am willing to come back. I am not really concerned about the vandalism as the neighborhood is pretty safe.
